After finishing education Rob Mason immediately started as an apprentice with his first employer, a proven nationwide sign company based in Brighton, where he spent 9 years learning and in the process perfecting his trade. After moving onto several other companies he saw the opportunity to start his own business and with 14 years of understanding all aspects of the Sign Industry from engraving to sign installation he felt the time was right. Starting his own Sign Company had been a long term goal and with financial backing, and capital being saved up to buy assets the end objective could finally be achieved.
In economic downturns installation of shop fronts has often been limited as mass consumer spending has decreased, however with an ever changing market workplace Haven Signs saw the potential to diverse into new markets and adopt new skills in order to maximize the target market.
